Tandur : In a major operation, the Mehdipatnam Police and the Commissioner’s Task Force, South West Zone, jointly busted a fake currency manufacturing gang operating in Tandur. Acting on credible information, the teams conducted raids at Idgah Grounds and First Lancer, arresting a total of eight accused.

Ibrahimpatnam, October 30: A blood donation camp was organized under the supervision of the police in Ibrahimpatnam to mark Police Martyrs’ Day. The event was inaugurated by Maheshwaram DCP Sunitha Reddy, who paid rich tributes to the brave police personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.

మంచాల మండలం లింగంపల్లిలోని  సప్తగిరి ఫామ్‌ హౌస్‌లో బుధవారం రాత్రి పోలీసులు దాడులు నిర్వహించారు. ఫామ్‌ హౌస్‌లో గుట్టుచప్పుడు కాకుండా లిక్కర్, డ్రగ్స్ పార్టీ జరుతుందని సమాచారంతో మంచాల పోలీసులు రంగప్రవేశం చేశారు. ఈ దాడుల్లో 23 మంది పురుషులు, 8 మంది మహిళలను అరెస్ట్ చేశారు. వారి నుండి రూ.2లక్షల 40వేల నగదు, 11 వాహనాలు, 15 మొబైల్ ఫోన్లు సీజ్‌ చేశారు. ఈ ఘటనపై కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నట్లు మంచాల పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
