హై కోర్టులో ప్రభుత్వనికి చుక్కెదురు

42 శాతం బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ని పై నిన్న ఇరువైపులా వాదనలు విన్నారు న్యాయమూర్తులు, తదనంతరం ఇవ్వాలిటికి తీర్పు పెండింగులో ఉంచారు. స్టేట్ ఆఫ్ మైసూర్ vs ఎమ్మార్ బాలాజీ కేసును రెఫరెన్సుగా చూపిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వ తరుపు సీనియర్ న్యావావది రవివర్మ వాదనలు చేశారు. ఇప్పటికే అగ్రకులాలకు 15 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ అమలులో ఉందని, బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ వల్ల మిగితా వారికి ఎలాంటి నష్టం లేదని ఇంకా 33 శాతం మిగిలిఉందని కోర్టులో స్పష్టం చేశారు. రాజ్యాంగంలో ఎక్కడ 50 శాతానికి మించి రిజర్వేషన్ ఇవ్వరాదని ఎక్కడ లేదని వర్మ కోర్టు ముందు ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయన్నీ తెలిపారు. కానీ కోర్టు వాదనలు విన్న అనంతరం బిల్లు పై స్టే విధించింది.
